Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with assayify. Our diamonds and jewelry are high-value items shipped internationally from China. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada only. All orders are dispatched from China. We do not ship to the United States or other countries at this time.

2. Free Shipping & Remote Areas

We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $75. However, please note that free and standard shipping rates do not apply to remote and northern locations, which carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator) charge significant remote-area surcharges to reach.

The following areas are considered remote and may require an additional shipping fee, longer delivery times, or may be unavailable for delivery:

  • Yukon (postal codes beginning with Y)
  • Northwest Territories (postal codes beginning with X0E, X0G, X1A)
  • Nunavut (postal codes beginning with X0A, X0B, X0C)
  • Other remote or northern postal codes listed in Canada Post's official "Postal codes of remote areas" table, including remote communities in northern Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Labrador and the Atlantic provinces.

If your delivery address falls within a remote area, the correct shipping cost will be shown at checkout, or we will contact you with the applicable surcharge before processing your order. Orders to remote areas are not eligible for free shipping.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of purchase. This allows time for inspection, secure packaging, and arranging a fully tracked courier. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

4. Carriers, Tracking & Insurance

We ship via fully tracked couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched. Every shipment is fully insured in transit at no extra cost to you, so your order is protected from the moment it leaves us until it is delivered.

5. Delivery Time

Because our items are dispatched from China and shipped internationally to Canada, we ask for extra time so your order always arrives on schedule. Estimated delivery for standard Canadian destinations is generally 6-10 business days after dispatch, and 2-4 business days for express.

Many orders arrive sooner, but we provide a wider window to make sure your order is never late. Remote and northern areas may take significantly longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

As orders are dispatched from China, applicable duties and taxes are handled in accordance with Canadian import rules. Any required charges will be calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.
