Welcome to assayify. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

assayify sells lab-grown diamonds and related jewelry. Our products are shipped internationally from China. You can reach us at any time at summercarx@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases.

3. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We work hard to display our products and their details accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product images, colors, carat representations, or other descriptions are completely accurate, as screens and viewing conditions vary. Each diamond is supplied with its IGI/grading certificate, which is the authoritative description of that item.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information (including prices and availability) at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, a pricing or stock error, or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund for that order. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until the item has been dispatched.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through our available payment methods. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the full order amount.

6. Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Shipping, processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping regions are described in our Shipping Policy. Orders are dispatched from China. Import duties, taxes, and customs/brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs clearance.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing, as it sets out return windows, eligibility, Final Sale items, deductions for shipping, duties, and handling on change-of-mind returns, and our inspection and authenticity procedures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the assayify name and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
